Safeguarding peace in pastoral communities

I am very much concerned by the happenings of the past couple of months that are threatening the peace that has been nurtured and has been able to take root for the last 7years. I call upon all the residents especially we the elites from both communities to talk to the people to safeguard jealously the peace. I will be meeting the young men from both communities before end of the week to reinforce the message of peace and why we cannot afford to roll back the gains thus far attained. Not now, not ever…
